Dawn was born and raised in the Chicagoland area and graduated from Northern Illinois University with a B.S. in Sales and Marketing. She entered the steel industry over 25 years ago and has built a well-rounded career holding roles in both purchasing and sales — giving her a perspective on the business that few can match. Today, she and her husband are empty-nesters enjoying life in beautiful Southern Illinois.
What keeps Dawn energized about the steel industry is being part of one of America’s true backbone industries. She thrives in the ever-changing landscape it presents, finding continuous opportunities to be a genuine asset to her clients. At APP, that experience and adaptability show up every day.
Outside of work, Dawn is deeply invested in her community — serving through Rotary, the Chamber of Commerce, and various ministry roles at her church. For Dawn, showing up for others isn’t just a hobby, it’s a way of life.
When it’s time to recharge, you’ll find her somewhere near the water. She loves all of nature’s beauty, but the beach is her happy place — and after 25-plus years in a fast-moving industry, she’s earned every minute of it.
