Mechanical Tubing Division adds Marc Biolchin and Bill O’Neil to roster

American Piping Products (APP) is proud to announce the addition of Marc Biolchin and Bill O’Neil.

Mr. Biolchin joins the team as Vice President of Mechanical Products and Mr. O’Neil as Product Manager. The two share over 90 years of experience, which will play an integral part in APP’s strategy, purchasing and commercial efforts going forward.

This expansion into the mechanical tubing sector gives APP an opportunity to supply new and existing customers with additional products and expertise.

“We are thrilled to appoint Marc and Bill to help lead our growing mechanical tubing division. Partnering with these industry all-stars will accelerate our investment in tubing products and help us expand our products and services,” CEO Matt Danis said.

Mr. Biolchin began his career with Keystone Tube Company in 1977. He held many roles during his tenure including General Manager and Vice President with responsibilities in sales, operations and purchasing before becoming President in 1990.

While at the helm of the organization, he successfully grew the company and built their 115,000-square-foot tube and bar processing facility. In 1997, he sold Keystone to AM Castle Company and took on a role as Vice President of Tubular Products.

In 2003, he joined Team Tube as Vice President, where he successfully added facilities and product lines for the organization before the company was acquired by Reliance Group. Since 2005, Mr. Biolchin has been with National Tube Supply as the Vice President of Merchandising.

Mr. O’Neil’s career began in 1977 with Babcock & Wilcox Tubular Products as an Inside Sales Representative.

In 1979, he transitioned to Keystone Tube, where he worked in sales before being named Purchasing Manager. This is where his strong relationship with Mr. Biolchin was formed, and they remained together throughout their careers at Castle Metals, Team Tube and National Tube.

While within these organizations, Mr. O’Neil held management roles with an emphasis on purchasing and sales.
