ST LOUIS, Missouri/HOUSTON, Texas—American Piping Products (APP) announced today the expansion of their North Houston Rosslyn steel pipe yard and processing center. The new lease adds approximately 10 acres to the already 20-acre facility.
“This addition to our current facility will allow American Piping Products to store an additional 30 percent to our total capacity of the yard,” said Michael Hart, chief financial officer of American Piping Products. “We will also have the opportunity to expand the services we currently offer.”
This new parcel will give American Piping Products the opportunity to have additional delivery and shipping lanes with the new access of Breen Road. With more of pipe centralized on one yard, this will also allow for quicker order processing and delivery times for customers.
