I’ve been with American Piping Products for about 10 years and 4 months.
Tell us a little more about your role at American Piping Products
I do inventory, receiving reports, load and unload trucks. A little of everything.
How long have you worked as a pipe supplier?
I’ve worked in pipe supply for a total of 34 years — 24 with a previous company and 10 with American Piping Products.
What’s the biggest change you’ve seen in your time in the industry?
Technology is the biggest change, and an increase in the number of pipe grades. Now, you have so many grades — x42, x52, x65, 4140. The new grades are better for customers.
What makes American Piping Products differ from other pipe suppliers?
We have an excellent sales team, excellent owners and a good management team. We provide great service.
What is your most significant professional accomplishment as a pipe supplier?
Gaining the opportunity to become an inventory control specialist.
What are you most proud of?
My family and my job.
What kind of things do you like to do when you’re not on the job?
I like to ride horses and play baseball.

Mexican seafood
