American Piping Products, Inc. today announced that it has purchased the assets of Ozark Tubular Products, Inc. (Ozark). American Piping Products is primarily engaged in the distribution of carbon and chrome moly pipe, tubing, fittings, and flanges used in the processing, energy, manufacturing, fabrication, and construction industries. Based in St. Louis, Missouri, American Piping Products also has locations in Houston, Philadelphia and Chicago.
