New CFO Matt Danis Joins the American Piping Team

St. Louis (October 2009)— In an effort to support our strategic growth plan, American Piping Products hired Matt Danis as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Danis will join the management team in the St. Louis office. Danis has ten years of private equity and investment banking experience.

Most recently, Danis was the CEO and CFO of WIT Postal Logistics, LLC. Prior to acquiring WIT Postal Logistics, Danis acquired and strategically managed over ten middle market businesses as a member of two private equity firms. Danis has deep experience in consumer products, distribution, logistics and business services. He received his BA in Economics from the University of Richmond and his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
